How to Order 

For Pre-orders
Select the payment method Deposit or Full payment in each listing and add items to cart. 
For Deposits, the balance payment will be required once the items have arrived. 

After making payment, please upload your receipt with the order. ^^ 
Once we check payment, payment status will be updated. 

Once the items arrive, we will contact you by email or FB/IG/Twitter if provided. 

Local/International postage payment will be required after the items arrive. 

For In Stock Items 
Add the items and quantity want to the cart and check out. 

In the case where the item is out of stock, we will contact you if you have placed an order. 
You can also confirm with us before ordering if items are available to order.

WM - RM8 (Up to 2kg) 
EM - RM16 (Up to 0.5kg)

International Postage 

Depends on weight and size. 
EMS or Airmail

Delivery period

Usually takes 3-7 days to post after payment is made.
No postings on Saturday and Sunday.
Last day of the week to request for posting is Thursday.

Storage / Combining Items

- You can request to store items to combine shipping. Please contact us. 
- If you are local, items will only be stored up to 2 months at most.
- We will not store large items.

Payment Deadlines

i) Payments have to be made within 3 days from the ordered date OR before the deadline of the pre-order(PO). 

ii) When 2nd payment is required, payment must be made within 2 weeks. 
    If more time is required, please contact us. 

iii) Failure to request for extension or to make payment will result in your order being cancelled and deposits being forfeited. No refunds will be given and complaints will not be entertained.
